Every item is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which means items are not ready to ship once an order is placed. It is recommended to purchase items 3 weeks before attending your next event with plans to wear something from the wub collection to have your items shipped and arrived on time. Production can take anywhere from 3-7 days and shipping can be anywhere from 7-10 days.
Returns nor exchanges are accepted unless there’s a defect or misprint. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order — I am unable to make changes once your order has been shipped. If you placed it with the wrong address and contact me right away at wubmeoutproduction@gmail.com, I will be able to update it for you. If you do not notify me after order has been placed and your order arrives to a different address, there are no refunds and you will be responsible for any additional costs.
If your item has arrived damaged or incorrect, reach out within 2 days of delivery with photos, and I'll reach out to my print partner on issuing a new item. I appreciate your support and understanding💜
Do you do local drop-offs or pickups in Florida?
No —for safety and time reasons, I don’t offer local drop-offs or pickups. Please order through the site and it’ll be delivered right to your door.
How long does shipping take?

What if I entered the wrong address?
If you catch it early, email me at wubmeoutproduction@gmail.com right away and I’ll do my best to update it.
If the item ships to the wrong address, I can’t issue a refund. If it’s returned to me by the carrier, please allow up to 4 weeks for it to make its way back. Once received, I’ll send you a reshipment invoice so we can get it to the correct address.
