Every item is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which means we don’t hold inventory and do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or misprint. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we’re unable to make changes once it’s submitted.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with our print partner to make it right. We appreciate your support and understanding — every purchase helps reduce overproduction and waste. 💜

Do you do local drop-offs or pickups in Florida?
Nope—for safety and time reasons, I don’t offer local drop-offs or pickups. Please order through the site and it’ll be delivered right to your door.

How long does shipping take?
Everything is made to order! Please allow 1–2 weeks for production time (printing, packing, etc). Once it’s ready, it ships out quickly—usually within 1–3 business days with express shipping.

If you're ordering for a specific event, I recommend placing your order at least 2.5 weeks in advance just to be safe.

Can you create a custom design for me?
I'm not actively taking custom commissions, but I am open to requests via email. If you have a special idea, feel free to reach out to wubmeoutproduction@gmail.com—if it aligns with my vibe and bandwidth, I’ll let you know!

What if I entered the wrong address?
If you catch it early, email me at wubmeoutproduction@gmail.com right away and I’ll do my best to update it.

If the item ships to the wrong address, I can’t issue a refund. If it’s returned to me by the carrier, please allow up to 4 weeks for it to make its way back. Once received, I’ll send you a reshipment invoice so we can get it to the correct address.
