WubMeOut Terms of Service

Welcome to WubMeOut! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following policies and terms.

1. Operator Information

WubMeOut is operated by an individual under the personal name of the creator. For support or legal inquiries, please contact wubmeoutproduction@gmail.com.

2. Products & Fulfillment

All items are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. This means each item is printed and/or embroidered after your order is placed.

Estimated processing time is 2–5 business days, followed by shipping via the method selected at checkout. Please allow additional time for international or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Policy

We currently accept orders within the European Union and United States. If your region is not supported at checkout, we are unable to fulfill your order at this time.

Customers must ensure the accuracy of their shipping information. If you input the wrong address, notify us within 24 hours of your order by emailing wubmeoutproduction@gmail.com. After that window, we cannot guarantee address updates.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address and we receive it back, you may be responsible for a reshipment fee.

4. Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change-of-mind.

However, we will replace or refund items if they arrive:

Damaged
Defective
Or if the wrong item is sent

To qualify for a replacement, contact us at wubmeoutproduction@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible.

5. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, including major credit/debit cards and Shop Pay Installments (when eligible). Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted system.

6. Taxes

Sales tax may be collected at checkout depending on your location, in accordance with local laws. Shopify automatically calculates applicable taxes during checkout based on your shipping address.

7. Customer Accounts

You may choose to create an account to track orders or check out as a guest. Account creation is optional and managed securely through our Shopify-hosted platform.

8. Privacy & Analytics

We collect limited data through Shopify’s built-in analytics to monitor store performance and improve the customer experience. No personal information is shared or sold. See our [Privacy Policy] for more details.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, phrases, designs, logos, and content on this site are the exclusive property of WubMeOut. You may not use, reproduce, remix, or create fan art based on WubMeOut intellectual property without written consent.

This includes, but is not limited to:
